SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed between 9am - 5pm AEST, Monday to Friday.

Please allow 48 hours for order processing. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. As we manufacture to order, product manufacturing takes around one week after order processing.

SHIPPING

All orders are sent from Indonesia via DHL Express or Fedex TNT and take 7-10 business days to arrive after dispatch *subject to third party shippers.

Our rates are variable based upon weight.

Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Please note: Scandic Gypsy will not be held liable for custom clearance fees, foreign taxes, holding times or any other associated import costs that may be enforced on delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

As stated in the description, please note that our products may be a different variation to the one pictured. Each product is individually handmade.

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTIONS AND SIZE GUIDES CAREFULLY as we do not accept returns on our products unless faulty.

Please email hej@scandicgypsy.com with your return request within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide the original invoice as a proof of purchase.

Scandic Gypsy does not cover the cost for any items returned unless the item is faulty.
